Question Parkinson's On-Off Phenomenon ?

Late S/E's of Levodopa/carbidoba in Parkinsons is the "On-Off" Phenomenon. When it's "ON" there is Dyskinesia's and when it's "OFF" there is Bradykinesa.

How do you manage this ? Haven't come across it anywhere. Remember reading about it in Step 1 though.

Also, Dyskinesia is a S/E here due to INCREASE in Dopamine. Whereas Dyskinesa's is also a S/E for Antipsychotic Medications which are Dopamine Antagonists.

I would look this up more thoroughly but I have my exam tomorrow. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
