Is it possible to reschedule the prometric appointment within 30 days of exam by self????

in my scheduling permit it said to contact prometric n reschedule.. I did it online...

how i kow u can reschedule online also..if its befoe 30 days its free if within 30 but more then 5 days before ur exam date its 125$.less then 5days 150$ 1 day before exam 450$( i may be wrong on prices)
