Arrow Failed Step 2 CS twice passed on third attemp

Hello fellow doctors,

I am in a bad position. First off I am an IMG graduated in 2002. I do have a green card. I passed step 1 first attmept 229. Passed Step 2 CK 219 in first attempt. However, I failed step 2 CS twice because I rushed to catch the last match. It was all my mistake I underestimated the exam. I regret taking the exam the second time so quickly. But the damage has been done and I took it the third time and passed all above markes (which i know dosnt really matter).
So now my question is what are my chances in matching in pediatrics. I am a pediatrican with a neonatology speciality. I do have LOR from hospital from my native country I am in the middle of research with a pediatric dept here in a US medical school and planning to grab a few LOR from the professors.

So that was a little about me. What do you guys think of my chances? Has there been people who have attempted cs 3 times in the past adn still matched. I am not limiting myself to just pediatrics, I will try IM, and family.
Is there anything else I can do that can alleviate the damage I have done with CS.

Thank you docs...

Match is getting tougher now with more us allopathic and osteopathic grads in addition to Caribbean. Two fails is a huge red flag.
