Default Passing CS without CK.

I been out of practice for a while now and studied for Step 1 most recently with NBMEs ranging ~ 230s. I haven't studied for CK. But I had a date booked for CS for around mid January which I can't extend.

I was wondering if it would be practical to prepare for, and pass step 2 CS in 1 to 2 months. I was considering a few scenarios:

1) Step 1 mid December > Step 2 CS mid January > the rest

2) Step 2 CS mid January (skipping Step 1 for now) > Step 1 mid March > the rest

3) Step 1 mid January > Step 2 CK in ~ 4 months > and try to see if a new CS date could be had in time, after I'm able to re-register mid February for it.

The issue I see with the 3rd option is the probability of not securing a date soon enough that I might be able to get the result of before or around September 2020. However, if the likelihood of passing Step 2 CS, before Step 2 CK is low in my case, it wouldn't make sense to adopt the 1st or 2nd approach.

I would be grateful is someone could guide me. Thanks.
