step 3 application queries..urgent help?
 

hi all i just went through the online application process for step 3..

got a bit confused...they have different fees for different state boards..

if i have to apply for maryland,new york and few other boards ..do i have to proceed with different sets of applications?

moreover application for new york says u must have registered before july 2011 to be eligible for step 3..can someone pls clarify this?
