Autism is diagnosed by 2 3 years of age.they are not normail till then. They lack social skills from the beginning like social smile attachment etc. They are just diagnosed sometimes late as 1) its a clinical diagnosis. In real life, parents often don't pay much attention in figurng out the social skills prob in such a small kid. Social skills for a child are like social smile, separation anxiety, lack of eye contact etc not the same as adults
2) its a spectrum from mild to severe, mild can be difficult to figure out
In real life.Childhood disinetgrative is normal and then Regression, forgetting what was already learned.like toilet training etc.

so you mean , autistic children will be diagnosed at 2-3 yrs,but they wont be normal since birth........am i right?

 

My understanding is In Autism there is delay in the development of milestone right from the birth but in disintegrative disorder initially for 2-3 yrs u ll find the normal development of milestones and then the deterioration.

In above question i wud go for C.
