There is ATP 3 guidelines to start t/t for cholesterol on the basis of cardiac risk factors, framingham score and LDL level. They have classified it in high, moderately high, moderate and low risk group.
My question is how to give them score(according to framingham score) n categorise them into these 4 groups so that we can know the cut-off values for starting drug therapy as they have only given CHD equivalent risk factors and multiple risk factors?
