Is that your first time cumulative?

 

I gave one good read of Kaplan videos and Kaplan notes initially. Then I did NBME Form 16, after reading FA once I got 220. I didn't do UWorld Q bank then.

I then revised FA - 2 times and Uworld Q bank with explanations. I also practiced doing 7 blocks at once (Cumulative) in uworld - 2 times before. I got 74-84% in both of those.

Even after so much preparation, my score is still 220.

 

maybe you should do fa one more time in the one week you have left and review things you r having trouble with like what kind of questions u r getting wrong review those

Thanks for your suggestions. Some of the questions/topics I received on the form, I didn't feel like I read about them in FA or Uworld. Most of them, were from my Medical school days which I don't remember much now.

Behavioral/Psychiatry seems to be the most trouble some for me. I did DIT/Kaplan/FA for those subjects. Is there anything else that I need to do. I feel more confident in doing Form 16 than Form 11? Would that mean anything?

maybe you're over-complicating the questions from NBME verus Uworld. Someone with 78% on Uworld should be doing better than 220. Are you getting intimidated by the NBME logo or something. I think your state of mind must quite different when you take the NBME. there must be something in your head is telling that its made those big guys at the NBME. you need to fight fear and anxiety and you will score above 220
