UWorld Has Lots of Images!

It does contain a fair # of images that will help you prepare. Remember though, UWorld is also a learning tool, so treat it as a tool instead of as a gauge of your progress. Use NBME's to gauge your progress after using all of these study tools.

I also suggest using google to simply look for images of CT's and MRI's of all major anatomical structures, as there are 1000's there and this will help give you a look at different samples so you can build your ability to detect structures in different people; because the real exam will pull very unique and sometimes confusing images, so the more you've exposed yourself to, the better prepared you will be.
