Heart Myocardium Tissue Biopsy, Can you make the diagnosis?

The following heart tissue sample was taken from an 13-year-old patient with fever, abdominal pain, chest pain, shortness of breath, arthralgia in right knee and left wrist, epistaxis, skin eruption on the trunk and upper part of the arms or legs, and peripheral edema which happened 3 weeks following sore throat and fever. Patient died 5 days after admission because of heart failure.

What is the most likely diagnosis and pathologic findings in this heart tissue sample?

A) Kawasaki disease; inflammation and reticular infiltration in myocytes
B) Scarlet Fever; bacterial and macrophage infiltration in myocardium
C) Rheumatic fever; Aschoff bodies
D) Systemic rheumatic arthritis; Inflammation and muscular necrosis
E) Acute membranous glomerulonephritis; macrophage and neutrophil infiltration in myocytes
G) Viral myocarditis; Aschoff bodies
H) Subacute bacterial endocarditis, vegetation within myocystes
