about verification process

Hi,

I sent my documents 4 weeks before but still its showing that medical education credential not received and waiting for identification form, question is what's that when would I get to know about my verification?

Did not start preparation yet.

did you send Form 186?
did you contact your college?

Oh yeh i sent form 186 and my college said they haven't received any thing.

You should send Form 186 to the college, not to ECFMG, did you do that?
