FA says Ant. Spinal A. decreases contralateral proprioception too (dorsal column) along with other things (contralteral hemiparesis)
BUT uworld mentions anterior spinal artery runs along anterior side of spinal cord and it affects everything else EXCEPT dorsal column, so it causes loss strength below the level of injury with loss of pain and temperature sensation BUT spares proprioception and vibratory senses.

Which one is correct, what should i do if this is asked on step 1.

Just noticed that whats given in FA, its ant spinal A. in relation to Medial Medullary Syndrome and then i think it kinda does make sense, medial medulla lesion will have those lesions.
And what was in uworld , that was Anterior Spinal A. Syndrome alone.

Could that be the difference ?? Idk ..
