Do NbME. If u score 210-220+then sure I have enough time
Without u doing NbME there is no point even to discuss. No one will know where ur knowledge is at!
Good luck

Being a current medical student, with 3 months of full time available to study for USMLE step 1...I think this is more than enough time to study and score above 240. Current 2/4year US medical students study for about 1 month or less and most score above 228, with out trying that hard. I know people are going to say "But their programs are geared toward the exam" - yes thats true but you are in medical school now with fresh knowledge thats needed for step 1. So I don't think you will have a problem at all, given the 3 month period. All the best.
