Nbme , please help

Could someone please tell me if we get answers or explanation by buying nbme practice test , or is it like offline nbme's and we have to find answers ourselves???
And can we see which Questions we got wrong or not?
I want to know is it better to buy or not ?

If you buy NBME with extended feedback, it will tell you the # of questions you got wrong, and you will be able to go through only the questions that you got wrong. Also it will show the answer that you marked on that question, it will NOT give you the correct answers. So you will still have to look up answers to those questions.

I know, this is a little discouraging to buy NBMEs online, but I would still recommend it to get a good estimate of your step 1 score.
