sending CID before Online application ??

I received the result of my last UMSLE exam on 9th July. My credentials are verified. In short, I have met all requirements for ECFMG Certification.

Deadline for step 3 application is 18th July.

My notarized CID FORM is ready.

I should get my online ECFMG Certificate by 15-16th July ( I think)

So should I just send the CID form today - 11th July?

Is it a problem if I my CID reaches before I get my ECFMG certification and before I apply online ??

I would really really appreciate if anyone could just help me with this.
