I think it's hard to say, I think your best predictor will be NBMEs, my first UWSA was 242 and I got 238 on the actual test but I took UWSA 1 months before the test so it was probably inflated. And the UWSA 2 that I took a week before my test was 242 also, so I would say it's best to use NBME for true assessments and UWSA for studying. Off note: my last NBME was 236 so pretty close to my actual score.

Also, don't take the test until you score what you want on the predictives, Hoping you'll increase your score is not the best way to go, It's better to stick with what's more probable. So if you want 250 take it when you score 250 on NBMEs, if you want 240 take it when you score 240 on NBMEs, and so on.

I took my exam on 2015, and there wasn't NBME 18 at that time :/.
The latest was 16 but I chicken out and did not take it because of the bad rep it had.

Well i really want to go into surgery but i took nbme 15 a few weeks ago and got a 250. To me uwsa 1 was way to molecular testing, which I really knew nothing about until yesterday. I'm taking uwsa 2 today, let's see how it goes. The thing is that I don't think I can postpone my test. My school is pushing deadlines...

 

250 is a great score! I think you can be confident taking your exam. Best of luck.
