I had a question about the DTR's for thyroid cases. Which reflexes should we test? I was looking at a number of YouTube videos and they test for the Achilles Tendon reflex only. Is this enough or should we do all the DTR's (upper and lower limb)??

There is not any specific DTR that is affected, if there is abnormality then it should be seen in all the reflexes but of course you don't need to do all of them (for the purpose of hypothyroidism), just do one of them, perhaps the knee is the easiest to do.
Thanks so much! Doing only one reflex will save me a few more seconds!
