Although USMLE is not very fond of memorizing formulas, the following one may save the day in such questions as the present one.

t1/2 = (0.7 x Vd) / Clearence

690 mL/min = 0.7 L/min approximately.

So, (0.7 x 35L) / 0.7 L/min = 35 min (choice B).
